Customer accounts are set up in the office and not by
phone or email
[1] Fill out an application for services
[2] A copy of a non-expired state issued ID
[3] Copy
of a lease agreement if you are a renter
[4] Copy
of a closing document or a warranty deed for the property owner
[5] Deposit
payment will be due on the day the account is set up
Renter
deposit $200 Owner deposit $125
We accept cash, card, check, money order, or cashier’s check
Customer payments are due by the 15th of each month
A $10 late fee will be added to all accounts that
have not been paid by 5:00 pm on the 15th day of the month
A $100 administrative fee will be added to all
accounts that have not been paid by 5:00 pm on the 25th day of
the month. Services may be disconnected on the following business day
The entire balance on the account must be paid in full
before services are reconnected
After-hour
reconnects will be an additional $50 fee added to the customer’s account

Environmental garbage cans must be placed by the road the night prior to your
scheduled garbage pickup. This is to ensure that the garbage cans will be
serviced when the truck comes by in the morning or later in the day
Please make sure that all your garbage is inside the can
& not placed on the ground
If you need
an extra garbage can please contact the City of Ashford's water dept at (334)
899-3366 Ext: 1 to request an extra garbage can. There will be an
additional fee for each additional garbage can
